What can you expect?

Integrative, experience-based and anything but vague

Working together requires willingness and honesty. We go beyond 'knowing' into experiencing. The approach is holistic and no-nonsense. We get to the core from different angles, with warmth and curiosity.

In-depth approach

We combine Western psychology, Eastern philosophy and systemic work. Conversations are interspersed with exercises. Insights are not just understood, but embodied. And that's where your transformation lies.

The time it takes

Not a strict 45 minutes of talking and then out the door. Our sessions last 1.5 to 2 hours, so we have the space to work with whatever arises in the moment. Everything is welcome. Without judgement, with full commitment.

A safe space

We create a safe space where you can get to the core of who you are and experience what it's like to trust your feelings, so you can move forward with calm, clarity and joy.

Flexible in format

Sessions take place on location (indoors or outdoors) in The Hague or online. It makes no difference for the effectiveness of the coaching. Whatever works best for you.

About me

Am I the right coach for you?

My style is empathetic, energetic and facilitative. Calm and sharp at the same time. I create a safe space, but I don't shy away from naming exactly what needs to be seen. And humour and lightness are just as important.

What motivates me most is being part of people's transformation. When someone truly takes responsibility for themselves and is willing to look honestly, a form of connection emerges that's hard to put into words. That's what gives me energy.

A compass for those who want to take a first step. In three sessions we explore what's going on, you recognise your patterns, beliefs and stories and gain new insights to start working with right away.
