The Hague or online.
You have a well-working head. You analyse, you reason, you weigh. At the same time you notice that in important decisions you often already know something before you have worked it out. And that you sometimes ignore that because you cannot explain it.
Your intuition is not gone. But drowned out by your reason.
You are looking for someone who works with you on allowing that intuition. How can you take that feeling seriously? And how do you learn the language of your intuition? Not vague, but concrete and with room for what thinking alone cannot reach.
For people who live their life mostly in their head, feeling sometimes feels like something very far away. Not gone, but ungraspable.
You feel something about a person, an assignment or a choice, and you decide based on arguments instead of that feeling. Afterwards it often turns out the feeling was right. That pattern costs you.
What you cannot capture in an argument counts less for you. As a result you lose access to a large part of your own wisdom.
Feeling something strongly is not always intuition. It can also be fear, habit or longing. Learning to recognise the difference is a skill that can develop in coaching.
Intuitive coaching with me is not a form in which we dive into mysticism or vague images. It is work in which we take thinking and intuition both seriously and learn to distinguish where each fits.
We work on recognising, allowing and using intuition. We explore the difference between intuition, emotion and impulse. And we look at how you can integrate intuition into your decisions so that it strengthens you.
Sessions last 1.5 to 2 hours. Intuition does not let itself be rushed. Everything is welcome. Without judgement, with full attention.
What you say here stays here. You can voice hunches you would not share anywhere else. That is exactly where the work happens.
Sessions take place on location in The Hague (indoor or outdoor), online, or a combination.
What coaching with intuition brings is not a mystical experience. It is a richer decision process in which more of you joins in.
You learn to recognise when you know before you think. That gives a different quality to your decisions.
Not arrogance, but calm. You do not have to be able to substantiate everything to trust yourself.
What others do not speak out, you start picking up more often. That changes your conversations and relationships.
Images, feelings, sensations, dreams. Whatever you have at your disposal, it becomes usable.
In situations where thinking is too slow to consider everything, you more often know directly what the direction is.
Intuitive coaching is filled in in very different ways. Some coaches work from a spiritual framework with channeling, energetic work, or other methods that ask for belief in a particular worldview. For those who fit there, that is a legitimate route. My work is different.
This is not channeling or mediumship. I do not claim to know something you do not know. My role is to help allow your intuition, not to share mine.
Nor is this spiritual coaching in the sense of a specific path. I work secular and pragmatic. If spirituality is a layer for you, it can come along in conversations, but it is not a basis of the work.
What you get here is working with intuition as a natural ability that all people have and that often gets buried under thinking-oriented cultures. We use concrete exercises to distinguish intuition from fear, habit or longing. We explore what your intuition says about situations in your life. And we learn to take those signals seriously without giving up on thinking.
I work with three pillars. Psychology, to understand how your intuition has been formed or blocked. Systemic work, to see which loyalties drown out your intuition. And an integral, experience-based approach, in which we work with what you feel, not only with what you know.
I work with people who do not want to leave their thinking but who do want room for what they know before they can explain it. My approach combines psychology, systemic work and Eastern wisdom. No fixed step-by-step plan, no quick fix. But room to see more deeply what is actually going on and to move from there with more clarity. I work on location in The Hague. Sessions live indoor or outdoor, online or in combination.
Each package starts with a no-obligation introduction. We discuss your situation and look together at which package suits you. The sessions after that last 1.5 to 2 hours, so we can stand still with you with all the room and attention, without rush or pressure.
A compass for those who want to take a first step. In three sessions we look at what is going on, you recognise your patterns, beliefs and stories and you get fresh insights to take into your work straight away.
For those who want to go to the core. In six sessions we create room for essential change. You explore who you are beyond your patterns, beliefs and stories, and learn to live and work from there.
For specific questions such as (impending) burnout, grief, major life changes or reintegration. A package fully tuned to what you need.
Get in touch for a no-obligation proposal
After a completed package you can always come back for a single session of 1.5 to 2 hours. For a check-in, deepening, or when something new shows up on your path.
Many employers reimburse coaching through the training budget, so it is worth asking. Are the costs a barrier for you? Let me know. There is sometimes room.
In a no-obligation introduction we explore together what is going on and whether there is a click. No commitments, just an honest conversation.
