The Hague or online.
You feel that wellbeing is not only about what you eat or how much you exercise. It is also about how you stand in your life, what costs you, what feeds you, and how your relationships feel. Wellbeing is inextricably tied to your being.
You are not looking for a lifestyle coach. You are looking for someone who looks with you at wellbeing as a layer in your life that touches everything.
You want to work with what truly feeds you and what drains you. On a layer deeper than nutrition and exercise, with attention for mental, relational and essential wellbeing.
Wellbeing is often translated into lifestyle. Nutrition, movement, sleep. Important, but not the whole layer. This is for those who have the basics in order and yet feel there is something to do in the area of wellbeing.
You do what is advised. It brings less than expected. You notice there is something else asking for attention.
In daily life mental calm gets little priority. You notice your head is too full, that you have little time to settle, that you have lost your underlying base.
Wellbeing is strongly tied to the quality of your relationships. With your partner, colleagues, family, with yourself. That is often where it gnaws.
Wellbeing coaching with me is not a lifestyle plan. It is work in which we approach wellbeing as a whole. Mental, relational, and how you stand in your life.
We do not look only at habits. We look at what sits beneath your habits, at what truly feeds and drains you, and at how you stand in your life.
Sessions last 1.5 to 2 hours. Wellbeing does not let itself be ticked off. Everything is welcome. Without judgement, with full attention.
What you say here stays here. Looking honestly at your own wellbeing asks for room. That is here.
Sessions take place on location in The Hague (indoor or outdoor), online, or a combination.
Wellbeing coaching brings a different kind of wellbeing that extends across how you feel, how you work, and how you stand in relationships.
Under all your doing, a base arises that is no longer constantly charged. That is wellbeing you feel without having to do anything for it.
You learn to better tell what you really do well and what you might let go. You make sharper choices.
Not as performance but as a base state. Your head is calmer, not because you meditate better but because your system is less burdened.
With partner, children, colleagues. Wellbeing carries through in how you are in contact. That improves relationships without specifically working on them.
You feel wellbeing in your body. Not as pride in what you achieve, but as a basic feeling of a life that fits.
Wellbeing coaching has many interpretations. Some coaches focus mainly on physical wellbeing (nutrition, movement). Others on mental wellbeing (stress, mindfulness). Yet others on relational wellbeing. My approach is integral.
This is not lifestyle coaching. For those specifically working on nutrition, movement or sleep, there are specialised coaches. My work stands alongside and focuses on the broader layer.
Nor is this mindfulness training or stress coaching. For those specifically working on attention or stress, those forms fit better, such as mindfulness coaching or stress coaching. Wellbeing coaching works on wellbeing as a whole.
What you get here is working with wellbeing as connection between layers. How your mental space influences your physical wellbeing, how your relationships influence your mental wellbeing, how your life as a whole produces more or less wellbeing.
I work with three pillars. Psychology, to understand which patterns influence your wellbeing. Systemic work, to see which forces in your life pull at you. And an integral, experience-based approach, because wellbeing is not only knowledge but mainly experience.
I work with people who do not see wellbeing as a project but as a layer of their life that asks for attention. My approach combines psychology, systemic work and Eastern wisdom. No fixed step-by-step plan, no quick fix. But room to see more deeply what is actually going on and to move from there with more clarity. I work on location in The Hague. Sessions live indoor or outdoor, online or in combination.
Each package starts with a no-obligation introduction. We discuss your situation and look together at which package suits you. The sessions after that last 1.5 to 2 hours, so we can stand still with you with all the room and attention, without rush or pressure.
A compass for those who want to take a first step. In three sessions we look at what is going on, you recognise your patterns, beliefs and stories and you get fresh insights to take into your work straight away.
For those who want to go to the core. In six sessions we create room for essential change. You explore who you are beyond your patterns, beliefs and stories, and learn to live and work from there.
For specific questions such as (impending) burnout, grief, major life changes or reintegration. A package fully tuned to what you need.
Get in touch for a no-obligation proposal
After a completed package you can always come back for a single session of 1.5 to 2 hours. For a check-in, deepening, or when something new shows up on your path.
Many employers reimburse coaching through the training budget, so it is worth asking. Are the costs a barrier for you? Let me know. There is sometimes room.
In a no-obligation introduction we explore together what is going on and whether there is a click. No commitments, just an honest conversation.
