The Hague or online.
You are functional on many fronts. Your work runs, relationships are in order, you do what is expected. And still there is something you feel does not quite line up with you.
You do not necessarily have a problem to solve. You have a feeling that does not go away.
You are looking for someone who thinks along with you about how you live, not only about how you perform. Someone who makes room for what you know but do not say out loud.
Most people looking for life coaching do not have an acute crisis. They feel something subtler. A restlessness that keeps returning, even when from the outside everything fits.
You are full of things. Work, people, obligations. You get through the days, but pauses to stand still and listen to your needs are rare.
Relationships, work, living situation, rhythm. One of those areas gnaws. Maybe several. The picture is not clear enough to name, let alone tackle.
That voice that says it is not good enough, or that you should be doing more. It has become so normal you barely notice it. But it determines your direction.
Life coaching with me is not a seven-step programme or a mindset reset. It is room for you to look at your life with someone who listens, asks, and dares to be present without laying his judgement on top.
We do not stay with symptoms. We look at what sits beneath your restlessness, which choices you have made unconsciously, and which you do not yet dare to make. That usually brings more than a list of goals.
Sessions last 1.5 to 2 hours. Life questions do not let themselves be ticked off. Everything is welcome. Without judgement, with full attention.
What you say here stays here. You can contradict yourself, doubt, or say out loud something you have never spoken.
Sessions take place on location in The Hague (indoor or outdoor), online, or a combination.
The result of life coaching is often not one big insight but a sum of small shifts that together make a different life direction.
Not as mindset, but embodied in calm and recognition. You know better what suits you and what does not. That makes choosing less tiring.
The critical voice becomes quieter. Not because you push it away, but because you stand more honestly in your own life.
You let fewer things slide because they are hard. You say 'yes' sooner where it fits and 'no' sooner where it does not.
When you are clearer about what you want, you can share that too. That deepens contact. Sometimes also because conversations finally go where you used to dance around.
Things you had come to see as luxury such as calm, friendship and creativity, get a place again. Not always spectacular. But noticeable.
Life coaching is a broad term. I explain here how my packages work, so you know what to expect.
It starts with an intake. An hour in which we see if there is a click and whether your question suits my approach. If we decide to work together, we choose a package that fits you. The exact form and duration we discuss based on where you stand and what you are looking for. More on that below in the packages.
In the first sessions we land. We discuss what is going on. Not so much to translate everything into action, but to get a clear picture of where we work from. Those first sessions are often clarifying in themselves. Many people already discover change there.
After that we work with what comes up at the surface in the moment. Sometimes that is a concrete situation. Sometimes a theme that has been running longer and keeps returning. Sometimes something from your history that still has influence. The form follows what is there.
Between sessions there is space. That is intentional. Most insights do not land during our session, but in the days and weeks after. In the moments when your life offers you what we talked about. You notice you respond differently, or stand still at something you used to walk past.
At the end of the package we look back. What has changed, what is still open, what do you take with you. Some packages end with a clear closing. Others move into a longer, calmer rhythm in which you come back occasionally.
I work with people who feel their life is asking for something they cannot quite name. My approach combines psychology, systemic work and an integral, experience-based way of looking. No fixed step-by-step plan, no quick fix. But room to see more deeply what is actually going on and to move from there with more clarity. I work on location in The Hague. Sessions live indoor or outdoor, online or in combination.
Each package starts with a no-obligation introduction. We discuss your situation and look together at which package suits you. The sessions after that last 1.5 to 2 hours, so we can stand still with you with all the room and attention, without rush or pressure.
A compass for those who want to take a first step. In three sessions we look at what is going on, you recognise your patterns, beliefs and stories and you get fresh insights to take into your work straight away.
For those who want to go to the core. In six sessions we create room for essential change. You explore who you are beyond your patterns, beliefs and stories, and learn to live and work from there.
For specific questions such as (impending) burnout, grief, major life changes or reintegration. A package fully tuned to what you need.
Get in touch for a no-obligation proposal
After a completed package you can always come back for a single session of 1.5 to 2 hours. For a check-in, deepening, or when something new shows up on your path.
Many employers reimburse coaching through the training budget, so it is worth asking. Are the costs a barrier for you? Let me know. There is sometimes room.
In a no-obligation introduction we explore together what is going on and whether there is a click. No commitments, just an honest conversation.
