Personal, honest, without management cliches.
Businesscoaching is for those who have everything in order on the outside and sense on the inside that something is missing. Your work runs. The numbers add up, the team stands, the planning is sound. And still you feel that somewhere between the decisions and the next step, something is gnawing. The drive you once had is less self-evident. Decisions cost more energy than they used to.
Or perhaps you are just starting out and find yourself overwhelmed by possibilities, not knowing which direction is yours. Businesscoaching that only looks at goals and KPIs passes over what it is really about. What lies beneath? And that is you.
The numbers are green. The planning fits. And still you feel more fatigue than pride. You wonder where the spark has gone that once made your work so alive. You know you have to do something. Only not exactly what.
Where you used to decide quickly and intuitively, you now hesitate longer. You weigh more. You hear more voices in your head. The decisions you make may be good, but they no longer feel like yours. The ground beneath has become uncertain.
For your team and for those who depend on you, you are the one who keeps the overview. But there is hardly anyone you can share with what you struggle with in yourself. You need that space to see clearly again, both for yourself and for what you lead.
With me, businesscoaching is not another strategy session. It is a place where you do not have to be the captain for a while. Where we do not open a template first, but first look at what is actually going on. From that clarity, what is to be done often follows, with more sharpness than any step-by-step plan can offer. Not working harder, but looking more honestly: that is what sets the business coaching I do apart from the conversation you have with the numbers in hand.
I take the room to look beneath the surface and work from there back to decisiveness. Not lingering in insight, but truly understanding before you choose. That makes your approach sturdier, also in the execution.
Sessions last 1.5 to 2 hours, not under time pressure. There is room for what comes up. Often the important part happens in the sixtieth minute, not in the first. You get that time back in sharper choices.
Confidential, without playing a role, without my agenda. Here you are for a moment not the manager, not the entrepreneur, not the expert. Just you, having a conversation.
Sessions take place on location in The Hague (indoors or outdoors), online, or a combination. Your preference leads. Sometimes walking works better than sitting, sometimes distance through video helps to come closer.
Decisions become yours again, not what the market or your surroundings ask of you.
You weigh less, because you see what truly counts. Hesitation becomes direction.
You no longer have to play a role to be heard. Natural authority works differently.
Instead of something you work for. That makes it lighter, even on heavy days.
Without it making anyone else insecure. Not every choice has to be ready already.
And recognise sooner when something does not deserve your time. Less switching, more doing what matters.
We start with a introduction. Thirty minutes in which we look at what is going on, before you decide anything. Not only whether you want a journey, but also whether I am the right business coach for you. If it clicks and the question fits, we agree on a rhythm.
A businesscoaching journey with me usually lasts three to six months. Sessions are once every two to four weeks, 1.5 to 2 hours each. No fixed step-by-step plan, because no two people need the same route. There are a few fixed anchors: in the first session we agree on where you want to go, in every session there is room to start with what is present at that moment, and at the end of a journey we look back together at where you came from.
The sessions themselves often begin with the problem you brought. A choice that pinches, a team that is not running, a course that no longer fits. In the second or third session, the focus usually shifts. We come to what lies beneath that problem. Your convictions about what you are supposed to be, your patterns in decision-making, the image you have of what a good leader is. That can be confronting and also a relief. It often turns out you work harder on a role than on what truly makes you a leader.
Between sessions I do not give homework in the classic sense. You do take something along to let settle. A question, an image, a language for something you could not quite name before. Some clients find it helpful to write it down, others notice it only weeks later in a practical situation. Both work.
Whether you are looking for coaching for entrepreneurs or for leadership coaching for managers, the setup is the same: deep, practical, spacious in time. What differs is the question you bring.
I enjoy working with people who have become stuck in their work on a layer that strategy alone cannot wipe away. My approach combines psychology, systemic work and an integral, experience-oriented way of looking. No fixed step-by-step plan, no quick fix. There is room to see more deeply what is really going on and to move more clearly from there. I am a member of EMCC Global and NOBCO. I work on location in The Hague. Sessions live, indoors or outdoors, online, or in combination.
Every package starts with a and non-binding intake. We discuss your situation and look together at which package fits you. The sessions that follow last 1.5 to 2 hours, so we can give your question all the room and attention it deserves, without haste or pressure.
A compass for those who want to take a first step. In three sessions we explore what is going on, you recognise your patterns, convictions and stories, and you gain fresh insights to work with right away.
For those who want to go to the core. In six sessions we create room for real change. You explore who you are beyond your patterns, convictions and stories, and learn to live and work from there.
For specific questions such as (imminent) burnout, grief, profound life changes or re-integration. A package fully tailored to what you need.

After a completed package you can always come back for a single session of 1.5 to 2 hours. For a check-in, deepening, or when something new crosses your path.
Many employers cover coaching through the training budget, so it is worth checking. Are the costs a barrier for you? Let me know. There is sometimes room.
The introduction is no-obligation. Thirty minutes in which we look at what is going on, without you having to decide anything. After that you know if going further fits.
