The Hague or online.
You notice that the way you live, work and make choices no longer gives the same feeling. Not because something is clearly wrong. But because something is shifting that you cannot quite name.
You stand at a crossroads where the old version of you is not yet gone and the new version has no shape yet.
That is a different kind of work than setting goals, choosing a role, or breaking a pattern. It is a phase in which something in you is tilting. You are looking for someone who walks with you through such a phase without wanting to press you into a step-by-step plan. Someone who makes room for what is coming into being, even when you cannot quite name it yourself.
Transformations are rarely neat and linear. They move with restlessness, with paradox, sometimes forward and sometimes back. It is messy. No schedule or manual and that makes it confusing for those in the middle of it.
The strategies that brought your life where you now are deliver less and less. You feel that pushing on, optimising and working harder are no longer the answer. But you do not yet know what is.
That in-between feeling is hard to carry. You want to hold on to something for grip, but what you try to hold slips through your fingers. Control seems less.
People around you treat you from who you were. Work, family, friends. That reinforces the feeling of being between worlds. You are no longer at home in the old world and not yet at home in the new.
Transformation coaching with me is not a programme with phases and goals. It is work that moves with you, that makes room for what is shifting, and that helps you see more clearly in such a phase what is actually going on.
We do not stay with external goals. We look at what is moving in you, which patterns are letting go, what is trying to come through. That layer cannot always be caught in words, but it is felt.
Sessions last 1.5 to 2 hours. Transformations do not let themselves be rushed. Everything is welcome. Without judgement, with full attention.
What you say here stays here. You can contradict yourself, say things you do not yet quite believe, or for a few weeks not know what you want. That belongs.
Sessions take place on location in The Hague (indoor or outdoor), online, or a combination.
What a transformation path brings is usually not one clear result you can define in advance. It is a different kind of shift that only fully unfolds in the months and years after.
Not reinventing yourself with stories, but coming back to who you deeper are. That gives a different kind of calm than success or confirmation.
Decisions you make during a transformation period have a different quality. They are less reactive and more in line with what was already announcing itself.
What you did, chose or worked on was not for nothing. You learn to appreciate it without holding on.
Transformation is unstable by nature. You learn not to immediately grab at old certainties in that instability, and so keep room for what still has to take shape.
You notice that direction can also be something other than a goal. More a compass that only lets itself be read along the way.
Transformation coaching sounds like something big, and in a sense it is. In practice we work small, with what comes up from the core of your being.
It begins with an intake. An hour in which we see if there is a click and whether your question suits my approach. Often in that first conversation it is already felt whether something is really tilting, or whether the question really belongs more with life coaching or career. In that case I refer on.
If we decide to work together, we choose a package. The duration we discuss together. For transformation processes a bit more time often fits. We take the time, so that whatever comes up can unfold at its own pace. And paradoxically it then often goes faster.
In the first sessions we map out what is going on. Not to solve it, but to see it better. What is letting go, what is announcing itself, what is still resisting. That first phase is rarely linear and that is normal. We make a journey both in each individual session and across the package, you will see.
After that we work with what comes up at the surface in the moment. That can be a choice that announces itself. Grief over what has passed. A new drive you cannot yet place. A body that reacts differently than it did. I work with what is there, not with what I think should be there.
Between sessions there is space. In a transformation that space is often just as important as the sessions themselves. The insights often land during a walk, a conversation at home, or a bad night's sleep. That is work.
At the end of the package we look back. What has shifted, what has become clear, what is still open. Many transformation processes do not end with a clear closing but with a calmer rhythm. Sometimes we close. Sometimes we continue at a lower pace. Sometimes people return later at a new moment.
What this form asks for is patience and willingness to be in uncertainty.
I work with people who feel a phase is ending and who have the courage to be in the transition without quickly grabbing the next form. My approach combines psychology, systemic work and Eastern wisdom. No fixed step-by-step plan, no quick fix. But room to see more deeply what is actually going on and to move from there with more clarity. I work on location in The Hague. Sessions live indoor or outdoor, online or in combination.
Each package starts with a no-obligation introduction. We discuss your situation and look together at which package suits you. The sessions after that last 1.5 to 2 hours, so we can stand still with you with all the room and attention, without rush or pressure.
A compass for those who want to take a first step. In three sessions we look at what is going on, you recognise your patterns, beliefs and stories and you get fresh insights to take into your work straight away.
For those who want to go to the core. In six sessions we create room for essential change. You explore who you are beyond your patterns, beliefs and stories, and learn to live and work from there.
For specific questions such as (impending) burnout, grief, major life changes or reintegration. A package fully tuned to what you need.
Get in touch for a no-obligation proposal
After a completed package you can always come back for a single session of 1.5 to 2 hours. For a check-in, deepening, or when something new shows up on your path.
Many employers reimburse coaching through the training budget, so it is worth asking. Are the costs a barrier for you? Let me know. There is sometimes room.
An introduction lasts an hour and is non-binding. We look at whether there is a click and whether my approach fits your question.
