The Hague or online.
You do many things right. You exercise regularly, you watch what you eat, you try to sleep enough. And still your energy is not what it was. You do not feel sick, not exhausted, but also not in full bloom.
Vitality is more than a lifestyle plan. It is how you connect with what you do, with the people around you, and with what matters to you. That is what vitality coaching is about.
You are looking for someone who looks with you at what sits beneath your fatigue or flat energy. Not a coach who gives you a schedule for cardio and green smoothies, but someone who helps see which connection is missing.
Vitality is often translated into physical points of attention. Nutrition, movement, sleep. Those matter, but they are the visible layer. The deeper layer is how you stand in your life.
You invest in your health, but you notice you do not have the energy you expected. That is confusing. You are doing everything right, no?
Not the number of hours, but the kind of work and relationships. What does not satisfy you, what does not bring you to yourself, what you constantly override.
Vitality is tied to direction and meaning. If you feel your life is filled with things that do not quite line up, your energy stays low, no matter how good your lifestyle is.
Vitality coaching with me is not a lifestyle programme. It is work that looks at your vitality physically, mentally and relationally and explores where the source has been cut off.
We look at physical vitality, mental vitality and the connection with what truly matters to you. Those three together make the difference.
Sessions last 1.5 to 2 hours. Vitality does not let itself be ticked off. Everything is welcome. Without judgement, with full attention.
What you say here stays here. You can be honest about what you no longer do, what you leave undone, what you avoid. There is information there.
Sessions take place on location in The Hague (indoor or outdoor), online, or a combination.
Vitality coaching does not make heroes of people. It brings back something that was already yours, but had gone missing under years of habit, pressure and compromise.
You notice your energy level rises, not through extra stimulants but through less leakage.
Not as project, but as ally. You listen better to what it tells you and it responds more positively to what you do.
What costs your vitality, you start to see better. What feeds you, you take more seriously. That has consequences.
Vitality often returns when you live in line with your values again. Coaching makes that line clearer.
Under all your doing, an underlying layer arises that no longer constantly asks for attention. That is vitality.
Vitality coaching is often filled in as lifestyle guidance. A coach looks at your nutrition, your movement, your sleep and your stress, and helps you build habits there. That works for those who have something to gain on that layer, which applies to practically everyone.
What I do is different. Not better, different. I work with people who have the lifestyle side largely in order and who feel their vitality is still not quite flowing. With them, the gain is not in another sports schedule or an adjustment to their nutrition. With them, the gain is in a deeper layer.
Vitality in my work is a combination of three things. Physical health, the visible layer. Mental calm, the middle layer. And connection with what truly matters to you, the deeper layer. When those three line up, vitality flows. When one of those three is blocked, you feel it, even when the other two are perfect.
I work with three pillars. Psychology, to understand which patterns undermine your vitality. Systemic work, to see which loyalties or roles dominate your life at the cost of what feeds you and which aspects are involved. And an integral, experience-based approach, because vitality is a body experience that does not change through thinking alone.
For those looking for a fitness coach, nutrition coach or lifestyle coach: there are colleagues who work specifically on that. My work picks up where those other coaches end or do not arrive. At the layer of meaning, connection and essential direction.
For those who experience vitality as something deeper and want to work on that, this form of coaching can be highly suitable.
I work with people who feel their vitality rubs at a deeper level and who want to explore what truly feeds them. My approach combines psychology, systemic work and Eastern wisdom. No fixed step-by-step plan, no quick fix. But room to see more deeply what is actually going on and to move from there with more clarity. I work on location in The Hague. Sessions live indoor or outdoor, online or in combination.
Each package starts with a no-obligation introduction. We discuss your situation and look together at which package suits you. The sessions after that last 1.5 to 2 hours, so we can stand still with you with all the room and attention, without rush or pressure.

For those who want to go to the core. In six sessions we create room for essential change. You explore who you are beyond your patterns, beliefs and stories, and learn to live and work from there.

Get in touch for a no-obligation proposal
After a completed package you can always come back for a single session of 1.5 to 2 hours. For a check-in, deepening, or when something new shows up on your path.
Many employers reimburse coaching through the training budget, so it is worth asking. Are the costs a barrier for you? Let me know. There is sometimes room.
In a no-obligation introduction we explore together what is going on and whether there is a click. No commitments, just an honest conversation.
