The Hague or online.
You run your own company, which means few people still really challenge you. Clients want results, your team wants direction, your partner wants you home. You stand in the middle and have to weigh it all.
From the outside it sometimes looks like it runs by itself. From the inside you know better.
There are choices you have been circling for a while. About the direction of your company, about what you still want, or about how long you can keep up this pace. You do not really need someone with advice. You need someone who makes room for what is actually going on and thinks along with you without an agenda.
Not everyone understands what it is to be ultimately responsible for your own company and for everyone who depends on it. The image people have of entrepreneurship usually does not match what you feel each morning.
You cannot discuss everything with your team or your partner. The people closest to you have stakes or want to protect you. You miss someone who stands outside the system and can think along sharply.
What plays out in the company plays out in you. What plays out in you carries through into the company. You sense that this is not always healthy, but you do not quite know how to create space between the two.
You are so used to doing what is needed for the business that the question of what you want yourself has slipped into the background. In the long run that costs more than you think.
The work we do together is open to everything that lives in you as an entrepreneur. The business questions and the personal questions sit in you in a place where you cannot pull them apart. That is not a problem, that is the starting point.
We do not stay at the surface. Where other conversations get stuck on strategy or tools, we go to the layer beneath. What steers your choices, which patterns do you repeat, what do you keep alive and why. That brings insights that do not evaporate the moment you go back to work.
Not exactly 45 minutes of talking and out the door. Our sessions last 1.5 to 2 hours, so we have the room to work with whatever shows up in the moment. Everything is welcome. Without judgement, with full attention.
What you say here, stays here. Confidentiality is not a formality, it is the ground this work stands on.
Sessions take place on location in The Hague (indoor or outdoor), online, or a combination.
Most entrepreneurs who come here do not arrive with a problem you fix in a few weeks. They come because they sense that something structural needs to shift. What often comes back:
Less reactive, more from overview. You spot earlier when something is no longer right and step in sooner. Not by working harder, but by choosing more clearly.
You see which opportunities belong with you and which do not, even when they look attractive on paper. That keeps you from losing months or years on things that turn out not to fit.
You can again tell the difference between what is yours and what belongs to the business. That makes you better at both.
With your partner, your team, your investors. You learn to name difficult things earlier instead of stockpiling them.
Because you and the company are in many ways one, working on you delivers something for the business directly. Not always in numbers, but in how it runs.
Coaching for entrepreneurs with me is not a standard programme. No five modules, no workbooks, no mandatory homework. What it is, is a series of conversations that together form a direction.
We start with an introduction. An hour to see whether there is a click and whether your question fits my approach. If we decide to work together, we choose a package that suits your situation. The duration and form we choose together based on what fits your question. More on that below in the packages.
In the first sessions we go deeper into the question. What do you say you want, what turns out to lie underneath, which patterns do you carry from earlier phases of your business or life. That first round can be confronting and at the same time relieving. Many entrepreneurs notice that things come up that have been asking for attention for a long time.
After that we work step by step. Each session picks up a piece of what is alive. Sometimes that is a concrete situation at work, sometimes something older, sometimes something in your body that is sending a signal. We let the form follow what is there, not the other way round.
Between sessions we take space, so that new insights can integrate. Most of the work happens not in the room but in the weeks after, as what you have seen begins to live.
At the end of the package we look back. What has shifted? What is still open? What do you take with you? Sometimes that is a clear ending, sometimes there are still steps to take. But something has started to move that has put you back on course.
I work with entrepreneurs who feel their company touches them at a layer where strategy alone does not reach. With 12 years of experience as a self-employed entrepreneur, I know what it is like. My approach combines psychology, systemic work and an integral, experience-based way of looking. No fixed step-by-step plan, no quick fix. But room to see more deeply what is actually going on and to move from there with more clarity. I work on location in The Hague. Sessions live indoor or outdoor, online or in combination.
Each package starts with a no-obligation introduction. We discuss your situation and look together at which package suits you. The sessions after that last 1.5 to 2 hours, so we can stand still with you with all the room and attention, without rush or pressure.
A compass for those who want to take a first step. In three sessions we look at what is going on, you recognise your patterns, beliefs and stories and you get fresh insights to take into your work straight away.
For those who want to go to the core. In six sessions we create room for essential change. You explore who you are beyond your patterns, beliefs and stories, and learn to live and work from there.
For specific questions such as (impending) burnout, grief, major life changes or reintegration. A package fully tuned to what you need.
Get in touch for a no-obligation proposal
After a completed package you can always come back for a single session of 1.5 to 2 hours. For a check-in, deepening, or when something new shows up on your path.
Many employers reimburse coaching through the training budget, so it is worth asking. Are the costs a barrier for you? Let me know. There is sometimes room.
In a no-obligation introduction we explore together what is going on and whether there is a click. No commitments, just an honest conversation.
