Same depth as live.
You know you want to work on something. Your agenda is full, you do not live near a coach who suits you, or you simply prefer working from your own place.
Online coaching is not a fallback. For many people it is the preference.
It is now often the norm to consciously choose this form. Not because live happens not to be possible, but because online works in your life, your role, or your preference to work from a familiar environment. You are looking for a coach who online can be just as sharp and attentive as in a room. That is possible.
There is an image that coaching only really works when you are physically in the same room. That picture is true for some people and some themes. For many others online actually fits better.
You are a professional, entrepreneur, caring parent, or a combination. Every 90 minutes lost to travel is 90 minutes something else cannot happen. Online turns off that time without giving up on coaching.
You are not looking for a coach nearby. You are looking for a coach who fits. Online makes distance irrelevant and the choice larger.
Some people can open up better in their own space. No unfamiliar room, no new chair, no rituals to learn. That can actually add depth.
What we do online is not a slimmed-down version of coaching. It has the same depth, the same attention, with a slightly different way of working that suits the medium.
Online we do not stay at the surface. I work with the same psychological and systemic basis as on location. The approach does not differ and online coaching has just as much impact.
Sessions last 1.5 to 2 hours. Online too time is a condition for depth. Everything is welcome. Without judgement, with full attention.
What you say here stays here. I work with a secure video connection and pay attention to how you can feel undisturbed at home during the session.
Sessions take place on location in The Hague (indoor or outdoor), online, or a combination.
People I coach online report the same kind of changes as people who come live. Below what returns.
Work on who you are, what you want, and what is going on, without spending hours travelling. For many people that is the difference between starting and not starting.
Because sessions take place in your own environment, the work moves into practice faster. What you discuss in a session lands in the same room where your next conversation happens.
Online sessions are easier to plan in weeks where travel is difficult. That keeps the process going, also in busy phases.
Some people choose a fixed chair at home for these sessions. That becomes a place tied to working on yourself. Like a ritual. That is more valuable than you might expect.
You are not stuck with coaches in your region. As long as language and time zone work, you can work with whoever fits you.
Online coaching with me runs similarly to coaching on location, with a few differences that come with the medium.
It starts with an intake. That conversation is also online, an hour, no charge. We see if there is a click and whether your need suits my approach. I ask you during that intake where and how you would like to sit during sessions, so that in the first real session we do not have to discuss practical things.
If we decide to work together, we choose a package. The duration we discuss together in the introduction. The length of a session is the same online as live: 1.5 to 2 hours. That is intentional. Shorter sessions do not bring the same depth.
On the technical side: I use a secure video connection via a platform that meets privacy requirements for this kind of work. You need no account, no app, and no technical knowledge. I send a link, you click, and you are in. If something does not work, we sort it out together.
In the first sessions we land. We discuss what is going on and what we work on. Online many people open the door a little faster, because they sit in their familiar environment. That can produce surprisingly much.
After that we work session by session with what is there in the moment. Online I can work with all forms I use on location, including body-oriented exercises, breath work and systemic work. Some exercises look slightly different online, but the core remains.
Between sessions you usually have about a week or two. In those in-between periods the insights land. Because you stay in the same room where you did the session, the work sometimes stays closer to your daily life than with live coaching.
At the end of the package we look back. What has shifted, what do you take with you, what is still open. Some people close online and come back later at a crucial moment. That is fine.
For those who see online as first choice: you miss nothing. For those who doubt between online and live: we can also combine. Some people do most sessions online and a single session in The Hague for a session with extra meaning. Then we meet for a session in a room or for a nice walk.
I work with people who consciously choose online coaching and who want to work on who they are, what they want, or what is going on in their life. My approach combines psychology, systemic work and Eastern wisdom. No fixed step-by-step plan, no quick fix. But room to see more deeply what is actually going on and to move from there with more clarity. I work on location in The Hague. Sessions live indoor or outdoor, online or in combination.
Each package starts with a no-obligation introduction. We discuss your situation and look together at which package suits you. The sessions after that last 1.5 to 2 hours, so we can stand still with you with all the room and attention, without rush or pressure.
A compass for those who want to take a first step. In three sessions we look at what is going on, you recognise your patterns, beliefs and stories and you get fresh insights to take into your work straight away.
For those who want to go to the core. In six sessions we create room for essential change. You explore who you are beyond your patterns, beliefs and stories, and learn to live and work from there.
For specific questions such as (impending) burnout, grief, major life changes or reintegration. A package fully tuned to what you need.
Get in touch for a no-obligation proposal
After a completed package you can always come back for a single session of 1.5 to 2 hours. For a check-in, deepening, or when something new shows up on your path.
Many employers reimburse coaching through the training budget, so it is worth asking. Are the costs a barrier for you? Let me know. There is sometimes room.
In a no-obligation introduction we explore together what is going on and whether there is a click. No commitments, just an honest conversation.
