The Hague or online.
You are not looking for a standard programme. You are looking for someone who looks at you, at your question, at what is going on for you. Not a method that supposedly works for everyone, but being with what shows up for you in that moment.
You are looking for someone who stays calm, has no haste, and works with you on a layer deeper than tips and lists. Someone who lets your question lead and who offers working forms that suit what shows up.
Much coaching is offered in a fixed format. A workbook, a method. For some people that works well. For others it feels too small for what is going on.
You are not stressed but you are restless. You are not off work but you are tired. You are not switching but your work gnaws. You do not fit clearly in a specialist coaching form.
A training, a programme, a book. It helped a bit, but you sense something more personal is needed than a method applied to everyone.
What is going on today is not necessarily what is going on in two weeks. You want a coach who goes with that movement instead of pushing through a fixed path.
Personal coaching with me is not a standardised path. It is work in which the form follows what you bring and what shows up in the moment.
We do not stay at the surface. We work with what sits beneath your question, with patterns you carry, and with the layer where real change emerges.
Sessions last 1.5 to 2 hours. Personal work does not let itself be rushed. Everything is welcome. Without judgement, with full attention.
What you say here stays here. You do not need to come in prepared, do homework, or have specific knowledge.
Sessions take place on location in The Hague (indoor or outdoor), online, or a combination.
What personal coaching brings depends on what you come with. Below a few shifts people often report.
You often only recognise in coaching what the actual question beneath your question was. That alone can shift a lot.
For those who listen a lot to others in their work or life, this is valuable in itself.
Not through pros-and-cons lists, but by being truly tuned to what matters to you and what fits who you are.
What you used to do reactively, you start noticing. As a result you can choose to do it differently.
Many people notice that the overall pace and intensity of their inner noise decrease. That is a different life.
Personal coaching is a broad term. In itself it says little more than "individual coaching with a coach". What I mean by personal coaching is work in which everything revolves around you. Not a method applied to you, but work that forms around what you bring. Everything is welcome.
This is not a specific methodology. For those looking for cognitive behavioural therapy, NLP, or another delimited method, there are coaches who work in that. My approach is a combination of pillars I deploy depending on what fits.
Nor is this life coaching or wellbeing coaching. For those with life direction questions, life coaching may fit better. For those specifically working on wellbeing, wellbeing coaching is a better term. Personal coaching is broader and not specific to a theme.
What you get here is working with what you bring and what brings you to the core of who you really are. We do not stay at the surface. We work with patterns, with what you carry, with your system, and with your body where that helps.
I work with three pillars. Psychology, to understand how you have been formed and which patterns run on. Systemic work, to see which forces in your life pull at you. And an integral, experience-based approach, because personal work is not only thinking but also feeling and experiencing.
I work with people who want to work on what is going on for them on a deeper layer than the visible. My approach combines psychology, systemic work and Eastern wisdom. No fixed step-by-step plan, no quick fix. But room to see more deeply what is actually going on and to move from there with more clarity. I work on location in The Hague. Sessions live indoor or outdoor, online or in combination.
Each package starts with a no-obligation introduction. We discuss your situation and look together at which package suits you. The sessions after that last 1.5 to 2 hours, so we can stand still with you with all the room and attention, without rush or pressure.
A compass for those who want to take a first step. In three sessions we look at what is going on, you recognise your patterns, beliefs and stories and you get fresh insights to take into your work straight away.
For those who want to go to the core. In six sessions we create room for essential change. You explore who you are beyond your patterns, beliefs and stories, and learn to live and work from there.
For specific questions such as (impending) burnout, grief, major life changes or reintegration. A package fully tuned to what you need.
Get in touch for a no-obligation proposal
After a completed package you can always come back for a single session of 1.5 to 2 hours. For a check-in, deepening, or when something new shows up on your path.
Many employers reimburse coaching through the training budget, so it is worth asking. Are the costs a barrier for you? Let me know. There is sometimes room.
In a no-obligation introduction we explore together what is going on and whether there is a click. No commitments, just an honest conversation.
